Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Civil Design to lead and oversee various land development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil design projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Review and approve civil engineering plans and designs for compliance with regulations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on engineering best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance business development opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for potential projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- Proficient in MicroStation and CAD software.
- Strong understanding of land development processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Competitive Salary $110-125K based on experience
- Vacation/PTO - 17 days PTO, 9 paid holidays
- Medical - Company pays at least 85% of insurance premium
- Dental - Company pays at least 85% of insurance premium
- Vision - Company pays at least 85% of insurance premium
- 401k - Company match 50% up to 6% of contribution, fully vested following 4 years of employment
- Bonus - Discretionary
- Hybrid or Flex schedules available - Following an initial period of 3 months, a hybrid work schedule is available. 3days office | 2days remote
- Tuition Reimbursement - $2000 for undergraduate and $3000 for graduate programs per year.
