Civil Engineering Team Lead (Land Development)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Team Lead to oversee our land development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design and execution of land development initiatives, ensuring compliance with all regulations and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers in land development projects.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD and other software.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards during project execution.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• Experience in land development projects and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
