- Lead and manage the planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during all phases of construction.
- 5 years of experience in project management focusing on civil construction - earthwork, drainage, water, sewer, force main, and road work.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
