Key Responsibilities
- Set up CNC lathe machines according to engineering specifications and work orders.
- Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery during operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
- Prove experience operating CNC machines, with a focus on live tooling
- Proficient in CNC operation and set up.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using measuring tools including, micrometer, calipers, and gauges
- Hourly pay: $26 - $33 per hr
