Responsibilities
- New Construction estimating GC projects
- Estimating projects between $5M - $75M
- Bidding, Close-outs, Cost Analysis
- Generating detailed estimates from pre-construction schematics
- Working with Preconstruction teams to secure future projects
- 5 years as Estimator
- 5 years in Construction Industry
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ESTIMATING AT A GC
- Salary: $90k-$120K Bonuses
- 401k match after 1 year
