Position Overview: The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for oversight and coordination of all construction activities in the construction of commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Prepare project budgets, coordinate project scheduling and establish project milestones
- Develop and implement plans for controlling project costs, labor and materials
- Hire contractors and subcontractors for the project
- Monitor and coordinate activities of staff, subcontractors and vendors
- Perform regular site visits to ensure work is being performed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Interface with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders related to the project
- Ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule and within budget
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations, codes and standards
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with experience in pre-construction and estimating
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and project financials skills
- Ability to manage cash flow and project budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and MS Project software
- Knowledge of ProCore software and LEED accreditation is a plus

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
