- Crafting strategic case plans and managing cases from start to finish
- Owning the courtroom: oral arguments, evidentiary hearings, and motion practice
- Taking and defending depositions like a pro
- Navigating the world of electronic discovery and document production
- Counseling clients on litigation avoidance (because the best fight is the one you don't have)
- Trying cases as first or second chair - real courtroom action!
- Strong courtroom presence and confidence to argue motions
- Hands-on experience with all phases of litigation

Salary : $135,000 - $200,000
