Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial painting and coatings projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial paints and coatings
- Excellent estimating skills with attention to detail
- Effective leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Salary: $85k-$115k DOE
