- Review plans and specifications for all items.
- Request quotations for subs, materials, bonds, and insurance.
- Quantity take-off, risk assessment, and pricing.
- Attend all meetings, including pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings.
- Prepare and update project schedules.
- Maintain job cost and productivity.
