The Commercial Roofing Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and business development in the commercial roofing sector. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their roofing needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and provide accurate quotes.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure successful execution of roofing projects.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Attend industry networking events to promote services and foster new relationships.
- Proven experience in roofing sales or business development, preferably in commercial roofing.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and systems such as BUR, EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a B2B sales background.
- Willingness to conduct cold calls and engage in prospecting activities.
