Burggraf Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join our team!
Burggraf Restoration (est. 1989), has opened up Burggraf Roofing. By joining our team, you are aligning yourself with a great brand with a huge public presence. We have over 20 blue, orange and white trucks on the road- you’ve seen them.
Now is a great time to get into the roofing industry because it is recession-proof. You are joining a team that can assist you through every step. Our main focus is assisting you in being successful which makes the team successful.
You will be responsible for developing leads, relationships, working leads, inspecting their roofs for damages, and closing these projects.
Responsibilities:
-Climb roofs to perform inspections and inspect any damages
-Speak with homeowners, review evidence of damage, and make recommendations about potential solutions
-Present sales material to customers, prospect and contact potential customers, and set follow-up appointments
-Generating leads
-Knock Doors
Qualifications:
-Willing and able to physically perform a roof inspection
-Ability to build rapport with clients and strong negotiation skills
