Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate concrete construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and schedule labor and equipment for concrete pours.
- Collaborate with project managers and other superintendents to align on project goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction phases promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report on project progress.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete construction processes and techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or concrete technology are a plus.
