Our client is in search of an experienced Construction Administrator to join our esteemed team and lead the successful execution of high-end architectural projects during the construction administration phase.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Review submittals, RFIs, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Create and manage construction budgets, schedules, punchlists, and more.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, AIA documentation standards, and safety regulations.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in construction management and on-site construction oversight.
- Proficiency in reviewing submittals and RFIs.
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and able to manage, direct, and lead effectively.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.
