Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and Review Contracts: Create, review, and manage contracts for subcontractors and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and project needs.
Track and Manage Contracts: Maintain a detailed system to monitor contract statuses, key deadlines, renewals, and expirations. Provide timely reminders to leadership and the team.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with project managers and leadership to ensure all project details are accurately reflected in contracts and everyone stays informed.
Ensure Compliance: Verify that all contracts meet legal and regulatory standards, addressing discrepancies as they arise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in contract administration, construction, or a related field.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with contract management or billing software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
