Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contracts for clients and subcontractors
Track contract status, deadlines, renewals, and expirations; send timely reminders to stakeholders
Coordinate with project managers and leadership to ensure contracts align with project scope and timelines
Maintain organized records and manage contract documentation
Support billing by preparing invoices and reviewing billing details
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience in contract administration, construction, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with contract or billing software is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team
