We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Management Administrator to join our team! This role is essential for managing subcontractor and client contracts while supporting overall office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and Review Contracts: Create, review, and manage contracts for subcontractors and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and project needs.
- Track and Manage Contracts: Maintain a detailed system to monitor contract statuses, key deadlines, renewals, and expirations. Provide timely reminders to leadership and the team.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with project managers and leadership to ensure all project details are accurately reflected in contracts and everyone stays informed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Billing Assistance: Support the billing process as needed by preparing invoices, reviewing billing details, and ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that all contracts meet legal and regulatory standards, addressing discrepancies as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract administration, construction, or a related field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with contract management or billing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Job Type: Full-time , Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM, On-Site position. We are a drug-free work place.
Compensation: The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience
