Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of all phases.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary project information.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor progress.
- Evaluate and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and financials.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction estimating and project management.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
