We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage the construction of residential homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Schedule and supervise construction activities, ensuring that work is completed on time and to quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, reporting on financial performance regularly.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns during the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in residential homebuilding.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
