Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all safety operations for the company and its jobsites.
- Spend approximately 50% of the time onsite and 50% in the office.
- Ensure all equipment is properly checked and maintained to safety standards.
- Monitor/enforce safety protocols onsite to follow company safety program and OSHA compliance.
- Assist in rewriting and implementing the company safety plan.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Provide safety training and education to employees.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near misses.
- Stay updated on industry safety standards and regulations.
- 3 Years experience as a Safety Manager or similar role in the construction or excavation industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA construction regulations.
- Ability to work both onsite and in an office environment.
- Preferred certifications CSP, ASP, CSP, OSHT, CHST, CIH etc.
- Competitive Salary DOE ($75,000 - $125,000)
