- Oversee daily construction operations and manage project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Road Construction: 4 years (Required)
- FDOT Projects: 2 years (Required)
- Bridge Construction: 2 years (Required)
