DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • Proven experience managing commercial and / or multi-family construction projects as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
  • Proficient in overseeing ground-up projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with excellent communication and a proactive, detail-oriented management style.
  • Knowledgeable in safety protocols and preconstruction processes; 30-hour OSHA certification is a plus, along with strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.

    • COMPENSATION

  • Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $130,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
