Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment and expectations are met.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects remain within scope and budget.
- Proven experience in commercial construction management with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Experience in retail, education, or federal construction projects is a plus.
