Construction Superintendent- Commercial Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role will involve managing on-site staff, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure quality control on all aspects of the construction process
• Manage project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise
• Conduct inspections and oversee the maintenance of equipment and materials
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in commercial, ground-up, renovation, industrial, or institutional building projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 5 years of experience required
• OSHA 10 hour cert ( or willing to obtain it)
