Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure project milestones are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction management, preferably in commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• OSHA certification is a plus
