Key Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory, cleaning, restoration, and storage processes for clients' contents.
- Oversee scheduling and execution of packing, moving, and storage operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each project, including client communications.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project workflows and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in content restoration.
- 3 years of experience in content restoration, cleaning, storage, and moving operations.
- Proven experience managing personnel, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
