Position Overview

As a Restoration Contents Manager, you will lead our contents restoration division, overseeing the restoration, cleaning, storage, and movement of clients' personal and business belongings following incidents such as water, fire, or mold damage. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team of over 30 employees while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory, cleaning, restoration, and storage processes for clients' belongings
• Oversee scheduling and execution of packing, moving, and storage operations
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project, including client communications
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project workflows and client satisfaction
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in content restoration
  
  

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in content restoration, cleaning, storage, and moving operations
• Proven experience in personnel management, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
