Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration and mitigation projects for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong background in disaster recovery, team leadership, and project execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of restoration and mitigation projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards
- Assess damage, determine the scope of work, and document project details for execution and insurance claims
- Provide leadership and oversight to Superintendents and Assistant Project Managers to ensure effective teamwork
- Develop project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed scopes of work, including estimates and budgets
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and team members to allocate resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Three or more years of experience managing restoration and mitigation projects for residential and commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration processes
- Familiarity with estimating, budgeting, and working with insurance claims
- IICRC certifications and OSHA training are strongly preferred

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
