Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance department to ensure optimal machinery and equipment performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce downtime.
- Manage engineering projects related to plant operations, including upgrades and installations.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for designing and improving plant layouts and machinery setups.
- Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the maintenance department.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for engineering design purposes.
- Experience with automation technologies and machinery.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
