Position Overview
The Corporate Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This role involves managing the general ledger, preparing financial reports, conducting audits, and providing insights for financial forecasting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
- Manage the budgeting process and perform variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Manage cash flow and perform cash flow analysis.
- Utilize ERP systems for efficient accounting operations and reporting.
- Prepare management reports to provide insights on financial performance and forecasts.
- Support construction accounting practices to ensure project profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and management reporting.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
