The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate transactions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance, with a strong focus on providing strategic legal counsel to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate transactions
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment for potential M&A deals
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate transactions
- Support restructuring efforts and other corporate initiatives as needed
- Jurisdictional license to practice law
- JD from an accredited law school
- 5 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
- Proven experience in contract negotiations and drafting
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
