Key Reponsibilities
- Prepare financial and operational documents (variance reports, Bill of Materials/BOMs, labor, material cost variance, Cost of Goods Sold/COGS, and more)
- Create cost analysis to support initiatives, identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement
- Analyze and extract data to predict variances, metrics, and assess business operations
- Create forecasts, budgets, financial reports, variance analysis for internal teams
- Oversee financial discrepancies, conduct research, and cross-crommunication with interal teams
- Provide support of month-end/year-end close with accounting/finance internal teams
- Reconcile accounts and any discrepancies, by verifying and analyzing account information
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar field
- 3 years of professional cost accounting experience/staff accountant experience in a similar industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience with presenting financial reports, cost variance reports to C-Suite executives and above
- Experience with communicating with internal teams inculding but not limited to supply chain, plant management, plant director, logistics, finance/accounting, warehouse, engineering, IT, and more
- Experience with creating variance reports, Bill of Materials/BOMs, labor, material cost variance, Cost of Goods Sold/COGS, standard costs, and more
- Experience with creating financial reports/models, data extraction, data research, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial reports/data analysis, handling discrepancies, reconciliations, financial documents, and more
- Experience with variance calculations, PPV, LCM, and inventory reconciliations
- Proficent in Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, creating tables/formulas, etc)
- Experience with various ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar)
- Experience within similar industries including: manufacturing, supply chain, logisitics, transportation

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
