Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inspection strategies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the inspection team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align inspection processes with project timelines.
- Conduct regular audits of inspection practices and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure the organization adheres to all compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on inspection findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or inspection services.
- In-depth knowledge of inspection processes and regulatory compliance in the construction industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
