Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the client services team to ensure high-quality support and service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align client services initiatives with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and measure the effectiveness of client service initiatives.
- Healthcare, Coding, and Billing Experience and Knowledge preferred
- 3 years' previous client relations experience preferred
- Demonstrated PC skills, i.e. proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
