Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the electrical engineering team in the design and implementation of electrical power systems.
- Oversee the development of project specifications and ensure compliance with architectural and structural engineering requirements.
- Conduct cost/value analysis to optimize project budgets and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
- Drive business development efforts to expand the company's portfolio and client base.
- Review and approve electrical designs and documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- 10 years of experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering and systems design.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and structural engineering principles.
- Experience in cost/value analysis and project management.
- Demonstrated business development skills and ability to build client relationships.
- RCDD Certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in design engineering tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Base salary: $130,000 - $160,000 DOE
