This role is crucial for driving operational efficiency, fostering client relationships, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects focused on tenant improvements from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Supervise and mentor project managers and site superintendents to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all construction activities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on tenant improvement projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director of Operations or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including interior build-out and commercial construction.
- Familiarity with healthcare construction standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
