Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of drywall projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project timelines and schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project budgets, providing regular updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to upper management and stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in drywall installation.
- Strong knowledge of drywall techniques and materials.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial construction is a plus.
