Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage drywall projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage drywall projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines
- Review and approve subcontractor work and payments, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
- 5 years Drywall Project Manager experience
- Experience with large-scale commercial drywall projects
- Experience leading a team
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary Range $115-135k
