Position Overview

This position will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead internal investigations related to EHS incidents and ensure timely reporting and resolution.
- Provide training and support to employees on EHS practices and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into operational processes and strategic planning.
- Analyze EHS performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure timely compliance with OSHA and other relevant standards.
- 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the aerospace or medical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including OSHA guidelines.
- Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Proficient in conducting audits and compliance assessments.
- Excellent communication and training skills to effectively engage a diverse workforce.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
