Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress and compliance
- Prepare and present project proposals and bid documents to clients
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Accubid, BlueBeam and Autodesk Build experience is nice to have
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator and Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and estimating techniques
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools
- Experience in General Contracting, Higher Education, Healthcare, or Commercial Construction is a plus
