Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects from planning through execution and closure.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) specifications and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and commercial electrical installations.
- Familiarity with MEP project requirements and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
