- Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects.
- Lead and motivate field crews.
- Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- 5 years' experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification. (preferred)
- Experience in a variety of electrical projects (listed above).
