Job Expectations :
- Review and interpret blueprints for construction projects
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Utilize knowledge of architectural design in project planning
- Oversee installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Estimate project costs and create specifications
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with engineering and electrical teams
- Implement troubleshooting strategies as needed
