Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and installation projects.
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing training and support.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify issues.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and safety regulations.
- Experience with power systems and electrical installations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.
- Preferred experience with cement, concrete, and related machinery.
- MSHA certification is a plus.
