The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions in defense and aerospace technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams focused on Radar and Electronic Warfare projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into system designs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and security clearance requirements.
- Conduct performance assessments and provide guidance to team members for professional development.
- Oversee product validation and testing processes to ensure reliability and performance standards are met.
- Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements and communicate progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in the defense, aerospace, or related industries.
- Experience with RF Embedded Systems, Business Product Development experience preferred
- Experience transition Electronic Warfare protypes to products in hardware or software.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems and Radar technology.
- Experience with system design and signal processing in defense applications.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and simulation development.
- Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
