Position Overview
The ERP Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of the ERP system, ensuring efficient operation and user satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing helpdesk tickets, and collaborating with IT departments to implement system enhancements and training materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the Epicor ERP system and assist users with troubleshooting issues.
- Manage helpdesk tickets, prioritizing and resolving requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT department to enhance system features and implement change control processes.
- Develop and maintain training materials and knowledgebase articles for frequently asked questions.
- Assist in report generation and data querying using MS-SQL and SSRS.
- Support small projects related to system maintenance and enhancements.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve system usage and efficiency.
- Participate in the development of technical documentation related to ERP processes and workflows.
- Proven experience with Epicor ERP system is required.
- Knowledge of approval workflows and general ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in managing helpdesk tickets and understanding ticket priority.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT department and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with creating knowledgebase articles and training materials.
- Experience in change control processes and small project management.
- Proficient in data querying and report generation using MS-SQL and SSRS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Acumatica is a plus.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
