What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for working with Estimating team on bids, estimates, project cost analysis etc.
- Creating project plans, budgeting, and coordinating with the design teams & preconstruction teams
- Commercial & Industrial Projects - Ground-up & Renovations in Ohio
- 3 Years Estimating Experience Working on Commercial Construction Projects
- Procore/Microsoft Office Experience Preferred
- Occasional travel to jobsites in Ohio as needed
- OSHA 10 Certificate Preferred
- Salary : $70k-$100k DOE, Bonus
