Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
- Gather and evaluate data to determine costs of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs and provide updates and recommendations to management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and cost estimation methodologies.
- Experience with General Contracting, Ground-Up projects, and Commercial construction preferred.
- Familiarity with Multi Family, Hotel, K12, and Retail projects is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in project management software and estimation tools.

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
