Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and litigation, with a focus on providing exceptional legal services to our clients in divorce and family-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, custody, and support matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding family law issues
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive case management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes and regulations
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law and litigation
- Strong understanding of divorce, custody, and family law issues
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary : $125,000 - $185,000
