Fencing Foreman

Position Overview

The Fencing Foreman is responsible for overseeing fencing projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities and expertise in various fencing types, including commercial and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fencing installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Lead a team of fencing technicians and laborers, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and resource allocation.
• Select and manage materials for fencing installations, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and welded options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman in the fencing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fencing materials and installation techniques, including chain link, vinyl, wood, and welded fences.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Welding experience is a plus but not mandatory.
