to empower livestock owners to confidently install our fencing to achieve their goals. We offer both
permanent and portable fencing solutions, complete with customized hardware products and step-by-step
instructional videos, ensuring an easy and cost-effective installation process. We currently serve the
Southwestern United States, and are actively working towards national expansion.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to oversee the installation of high-quality livestock
fencing for farms, ranches, and agricultural properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in
fence construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely,
efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Job Roles:
● Lead a crew of installers to complete fencing projects
● Construct and install various types of livestock fencing
● Ensure proper materials are available and organized before starting projects
● Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment
● Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and customer standards
● Follow all safety protocols and ensure crew members adhere to workplace safety guidelines
● Communicate professionally with customers to understand their fencing needs and provide updates on project progress
● Guide and train team members to improve efficiency and skill development
● Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation

Skills Needed:
● Proven experience in livestock fence installation or a related field.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
● Proficiency in operating fencing equipment and tools.
● Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
● Valid driver’s license.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education Needed:
● High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements:
● Repeatedly lifting 50 lbs or more.
● Working in hot conditions.

Job Details:
● Pay based on experience.
● Health, dental, and vision insurance.
● Company-provided tools and equipment.
● 4- 10 hour shifts with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. (maybe an occasional Friday)
